At Welfect, we are committed to providing effective pain relief products. We recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied after 14 days, and within our 30-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at info@welfect.com.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request as your order will likely be processed. If your cancellation is within 24 hours, we’ll process the refund within 7 business days.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We believe in our products and recommend trying them for at least 14 days. If you're not happy, you may return them within 30 days for a refund (excluding shipping fees, if applicable). To initiate a return, email info@welfect.com or fill out the form on our Contact Us page. Please include your Order Number or the Name and E-mail Address used for the purchase to expedite the process.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing info@welfect.com with a photo of the damage. We will determine if a replacement is necessary at no additional cost. Items damaged due to wear and tear or misuse are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Shipping and Delivery
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers or other external factors. For issues with delivery, contact the courier directly. Welfect is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers must provide the correct shipping address during checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not informed within 24 hours, you will not be eligible for a resend or refund.
